Q: How do I order official transcripts?
A: To conveniently serve students around the clock, Trinity has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for transcript processing. Please use the following link to initiate your request and select "Trinity International University": Official transcript request.

Q: Can transcripts be sent electronically?
A: Yes, just choose "Electronic" when asked how you would like your transcript to be sent.

Q: How do I check the status of my official transcript order?
A: Transcript orders may also be tracked here, but if you need further assistance, the National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at 703-742-4200 or transcripts@studentclearinghouse.org.

Q: I don't think my order was delivered. What do I do?
A: Please contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly for assistance with undelivered orders at 703-742-4200 or transcripts@studentclearinghouse.org.

Q: How do I order unofficial transcripts?

Q: Where can I receive help placing my official transcript order?
A: The Clearinghouse Customer Service team is available to help electronic transcript recipients with questions or issues related to ordering or downloading/retrieving a transcript. Q: I am/was a student at the Florida campus. How do I order transcripts?
A: Florida transcripts may be requested using the following link: Florida Campus Transcript Request. If you have further questions, please contact the Florida campus at flrecords@tiu.edu, 1-877-4848.

Q: I am/was a student at the California Law School campus. How do I order transcripts?
A: California transcripts may be requested using the following link and selecting "Trinity International University - Law School": https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select. If you have further questions, please contact the TLS campus at 1-800-922-4748.

Q: How much does a transcript cost?
A: Cost is $7.50 per transcript ordered plus processing and delivery fees.

Q: How can I verify enrollment or degree?
A: Trinity International University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.
