Staff/Faculty Printing with PaperCut Print Deploy – Trinity International University

Trinity uses PaperCut print management at the IL, CA, and FL campuses. Details and latest client download can be found at printing.tiu.edu.

The product called Print Deploy by PaperCut allows everyone to quickly and easily add networked printers to their computers. The Print Deploy software will install the correct print drivers onto your computer.

Windows Users

Short video showing the following steps

1. Download and run Print Deploy for Windows - clicking the link will download the file to your computer

2. Log into Print Deploy using your TIU network credentials & Select the printers you would like to install.

3. For future printer additions, click on the white Print Deploy icon then click View my printers.

4. Click the Add printers button then click the green Install button.

Mac Users
